Now, asbestos litigation has been going on for 20 years. I didn't see much problem with economic growth during the Clinton Administration. Now, when it's convenient, it's a deterrent to growth. So, in the spirit of tort limitation that's trying to take the nation by storm, here comes yet another bill that would slam the courthouse doors in the faces of people injured by asbestos exposure.
